Exatron is a manufacturer of low to high-volume IC, CSP, & MEMS testing, marking and packing ATE handler systems and equipment, IC Test Sockets and Thermal Test sockets, and Thermal Test Systems. Our wide choice of standard building blocks allows us to build highly configurable pick-and-place and gravity-feed handlers, with or without laser markers, tape and reel, 2D/3D-lead inspection, etc. We integrate electrical test with any combination of acoustic chambers, air/vacuum pressure chambers, light source/detectors, shock, temperature -55C to 175C, vibration, and other MEMS specific test environments. We also offer PLD/Crystal programmers and Opens & Shorts testers. Exatron also manufactures Particle Interconnect test sockets.
