The programming system shown above operates with a 180 seconds programming time and yields 2400 UPH. The programmer moves 16 parts at a time and has 128 programming sites. The IC device is a large pin count BGA. This programing handler features 40 JEDEC tray input stackers plus 40 JEDEC tray output stackers. This programming system is also laser marker ready and based upon Exatron's Model 8000-5 production handlers.
