Benchtop Temperature Forcing System
Semi-Automatic Mini Thermal Handler
You can also achieve blazing fast soak times and remarkably stable temperatures when paired with Exatron's Copperhead Thermal Test Sockets.
The NEW next generation of Prototype Engineering Work Stations is the Exatron PET-4D. This is a benchtop test and temperature forcing direct contact thermal system designed for the hand testing of individual electronic devices, ICs, under precise controlled conditions of heat and cold without the large expense and the difficulty of liquids or an inaccurate thermoelectric module Peltier. Exatron's state-of-the-art direct contact refrigeration temperature forcing system featuring Wide Range Thermal Head (WRTH) is simply better than a thermal stream or Peltier system.
In Direct Dock Mode legs can be removed to direct dock with tester or for larger benchtop applications. Optional direct docking plates for all models of large automatic test equipment (ATE) test heads are avaiable. You can switch dock from PET-4D to handler in a matter of minutes. The PET-4D uses same docking hardware as Exatron pick and place handlers.
The PET-4D shown here with Exatron's compact and powerful thermal direct contact chiller which tucks away neatly under your bench and out of the way. There are many features for fast, effcient and precise use of your time and efforts. See the data sheet or contact us for more information.
